Our goal is to make taste buds say “wow” with colorful, creative and flavorful dishes, proving that plant-based cooking can surprise and satisfy everyone.
Each recipe is designed to balance flavors and nutrients, and to make you want to try the entire menu.

How it all began
Green M’ama was the brainchild of Claudia, a traveler and marketing professional, who couldn’t find a tasty and fun alternative for her vegan choice.
With the support of her partner and best friend, she turned that idea into reality: a sustainable, friendly, good-for-everyone fast food restaurant.
Today the Green M’ama team has grown, led by Luis ‘ experience and a strong female presence.
We believe in creativity, respect and sharing, values that allow us to offer an authentic experience – good for those who live it and for the planet that hosts us.
