Green M\u2019ama is the first entirely plant-based fast food that combines the speed of service with the goodness of raw materials and dishes. The idea is well expressed through the words of its name: “Green” as in green, healthy, good cuisine. And “M’ama,” which stands for “loves me” and also for “mom,” the person who cares most about what we eat. <\/p>

Green M\u2019ama\u2019s goal is to make your taste buds say \u201cWOW\u201d by offering unexpected, imaginative and colorful flavors and pairings.<\/p>

We want to break down all the prejudices about vegan cuisine and show that you can eat incredibly well while following a plant-based diet, with a kitchen full of colors and creativity, where the possibilities are truly endless. <\/p>

The story and the team <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Green M’ama was born from the idea of Claudia, a marketing professional and traveler, who could not find an enjoyable and fun cooking alternative for her vegan choice.
She then decided to start the Green M’ama project, studying a formula that could cater to all those who choose a plant-based cuisine, or who simply like to experience novelty, taste and goodness. The idea came to fruition when two other partners, his partner and his best friend, came into the picture and believed in the project and immediately took action.<\/span><\/p>

From a beautiful idea, Green M\u2019ama becomes more and more concrete, and the three partners take the first important steps: choosing the name, the location, and above all, the search for what is now the pulsating heart of the business\u2014a chef who can create the distinctive dishes that will make Green M\u2019ama unforgettable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Chef Valeria joins the team, impressing everyone with her colorful and fun recipes and ideas, entirely green and innovative.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
