Who we are
Green M’ama is the first entirely plant-based fast food that combines the speed of service with the goodness of raw materials and dishes. The idea is well expressed through the words of its name: “Green” as in green, healthy, good cuisine. And “M’ama,” which stands for “loves me” and also for “mom,” the person who cares most about what we eat.
Green M’ama’s goal is to make your taste buds say “WOW” by offering unexpected, imaginative and colorful flavors and pairings.
We want to break down all the prejudices about vegan cuisine and show that you can eat incredibly well while following a plant-based diet, with a kitchen full of colors and creativity, where the possibilities are truly endless.
Our dishes are meticulously crafted to balance all the nutrients and flavors and to give you a unique experience that will make you say, I want to try everything on the menu!
The story and the team
Green M’ama originates from the idea of Claudia, a marketing professional and traveler, who couldn’t find a pleasant and enjoyable vegan dining alternative.
She then decides to launch the Green M’ama project, studying a formula that can cater to those who choose a vegetarian diet or simply love to experiment with novelty, taste, and goodness. The idea materializes when two other partners, her partner and her best friend, come into play, believing in the project and immediately taking action.
From a beautiful idea, Green M’ama becomes more and more concrete, and the three partners take the first important steps: choosing the name, the location, and above all, the search for what is now the pulsating heart of the business—a chef who can create the distinctive dishes that will make Green M’ama unforgettable.
The Green M’ama team expands when Luis joins, bringing industry experience and combining it with the pleasure of novelty.

From the kitchen to the dining area, Green M’ama also stands out for having a team with a majority of women, where creativity, sharing, and mutual respect are fundamental. The environment we strive to create is an inclusive, young, and dynamic one, laying the right foundations for building a bright future.
Where we are
The first Green M’ama store is in Naples, near to Maschio Angioino castle, but the project is to create a chain under the slogan “Fast&Good” to offer fast and delicious plant-based cuisine throughout Italy and eventually worldwide, all while never compromising on the quality and seasonality of the ingredients.
